Class of 2000 member, haven't ordered from the online store before, and it was a wonderful experience!! Site was easy to navigate. Unfortunately, one of the items was not in stock for the size I ordered. Ashley Deardoff messaged me and we worked things out. I know she was busy because it was the end of the semester, and I really appreciated the communication we had. Very happy with the product and it came quicker than anticipated.
